efBreakfast is the most important meal of the day.  It gives you the energy to get up and go, and get things done.  For kids this is extremely important, because you’re sending them away to learn new things at school.  Without the right food and proper nutrition, it could hinder their progress in learning.

However, many people eat a breakfast that isn’t healthy.  There are quick and easy as well as healthy options out there.  Plus a lot of these will be foods your kids will love, especially since they won’t know it’s healthy for them!
